Why I think Supercell isn't going to make new spells or normal troops

You know how before the freeze spell / pekka was put in the game? The empty spaces had a 'coming soon' text in it. There isn't a 'coming soon' empty box in the barracks or the spell factory but only in the dark barracks. I really don't think there's going to be new elixir troops or spells.
