    I would assume so, too, but when looking at the game, SC thinks otherwise. Monetizing lack instead of getting money from those having fun.

    Neither of us would spend gems for resources, but that's because we know how things work.

    Why won't SC try to make the game fun for all and get people to gem for such is their decision. It wouldn't be my #1 choise, but it ain't my call. Nor I have any false beliefs, that anything I write would make a difference.

    This is exactly the point i am at right now, if loot is down, around 80k gold average, i think "i'm getting bored of this".

    And then think "not sure how much longer i want to be doing this". I don't think, i know i need to plough money into a game i am getting fed up of.

    If sc thinks people will buy their way out of bad loot, they could be mistaken.

    Soooo much this. What was needed wasn't an overhaul it was a simple fix.

    All we needed was an increased loot cap at th9/10, let say 250k/300k (maybe 300k/350k). Then you give them one extra collector each. So th 9 get one then th10 gets another. Finally you add new levels to their collectors, but since we're scared of flooding the economy we keep them at the same cap as the lower level collectors.

    There I just solved the loot problem while avoiding flooding the economy with too much gold. (You can keep or get rid of loot bonus'. I'd say get rid of them so that people attack their own th lvl).

    I agree with the OP. Loot fluctuates too much now. SC needs to stop with these "fixes" and increase production and/or league bonuses to make loot better (not too much though).

    Throw in an achievement for maxing collectors as well.

    Oh ya! Forgot about that one. But it would need to be worth more than 5/10 gems to really incentivize people to actually do it.

    The lack of achievements and lack of adequate rewards for existing achievements is absolutely ridiculous.
