    4hrs into my farming day and....

    I'm not sure SC figured on people using spare gold to upgrade their walls when they assumed that eventually the loot will pick up. The amount of sub 40k bases I see is ridiculous! I'd need 300k+ to make up for the skip costs and keep the fight worth while.

    So, im basically at crystal 2 and the loot sucks. If it was going to be good anywhere it was up here with mainly TH9 / 10...but nope...thats not true.

    I was skipping 10 mins before i started this post...im still skipping now...I am considering doing a video of my skips to show how bad it is...in fact I think I will

    The systems change itself is fine.




    The available loot is really a different problem. I hope SC doesn't keep giving us the "we don't want to make it too easy" line. People were farming pretty heavy pre-update to keep on top of things. I think the only differences are higher loses and needing to search harder to find a good pot.



    Its fine for someone like me who only tires to play for an hour or two and then rides the shield. My typical play day is 1-2 hours in the morning as I am getting ready for work (keeping the screen fresh, raiding every 25 minutes or so). In the evening I might do 30 minutes to an 1 hr - mostly to compensate for a massive loss if I should occur it.


    Casual players, however, took a massive hit. I for one, don't want them to quit. Active players can provide those hard to get epic battles for massive loot, but at a high risk. Casual players who log in once a day provide allot of extra loot for the active players.

    Hmmm not to sure what a casual player means, never heard the term before..is it a new species?

    This. The best defense has always been holding low amounts of resources. This is even more true now. Yes, you can find some big loots, if you have the patience to scroll through 50+ bases. But resources aside, that isn't fun. It slows the game down to crawl.

    I like to attack. I enjoy studying a base for 30 seconds and trying to figure out how to break it. But I can barely find a target to break even on, let alone profit. (Th7, 1400 trophy range). Its not fun to spend that long searching for an attack. That is what will kill the game, not just poor loot.

    I'm happy and other's not. It's very difficult to make everyone happy.... The loot is okay again...

    Not a fan of new loot system.

    I have a TH 8. I had less than 3 mil in gold storage and lost 300k+ in loot. How am I going to save for upgrades when I lose over 10% everytime I log off? The system favors the higher THs with better defense. The new inferno tower upgrade makes it even harder to beat those defense. Those tougher defenses make it natural to hunt weaker THs. It is a classic the stronger getting stronger and the weaker getting weaker. As I stated I am not a fan of the new system. It discourages newer and casual players. I enjoy playing CoC but not like this. I will be changing my playing style, loot just what I need and never break a shield. I hope a solution to the problem. Before anyone starts posting "if u don't like it quit". If I quit there is less loot for u.

    Th9 at level 70... so you don't like the new system because premature bases get raided a lot more then maxed bases? Also for the record there is a rule not to bump threads...

    I think everyone should just give it some time. Adjust army comp and change trophy range. If you are losing more on defense than you are gaining on offense, then ride out shields until you can attack for a long period of time.
