If CWL doesn’t stop you from regular cw as they are now, what was suggested but „not decided yet”, I can live with it.
As for CWL I don’t care about such epic rewards as decorations. If I am maxed th12 I don’t need them. If I am not maxed th12, I don’t have a chance to be successful in CWL anyway, no matter my skills and strategy, so CWL are clearly not for me. Unless you reconsider your ideas...

Sorry, but that is just complete rubbish.
Perhaps you just didn't bother to read beyond me mentioning that I am quite rushed.
As I said, I am having NO difficulty at all in maintaining a place in Titans. And I have spent more time waiting for a builder to be free than I have waiting for the necessary loot.
I am genuinely enjoying playing TH12, and do not feel I am struggling in the slightest. Yes, it will take ages to max, but because almost all the upgrades at this level are 10-14 days, not because I am struggling.
I have no idea why you think me naive. As I said, I have 5 accounts, at various levels. I know how to play the game, and how to progress. I did struggle a bit at TH10 with my first account, particularly in war, but not at either TH11 or TH12.

Isn't that mode exclusive to some clans that are in leagues like CWL, MLCW and the stuff? Because it is REALLY screwing up them by interfering with the schedule. Also, is that update the end of Supercell backing up the CWL Invite finalists and bringing them over for a stream?
It is your definition of 'success' that is causing you grief. Success can be measured many ways but I believe your definition is the ability to be in the top tier league which should be granted only to those clans with full maxxed TH12s AND highly skilled attacks. If I understand you correctly, you don't think that is fair. From what you have said, you believe that if you are a maxxed TH12, you would have no need for rewards so why bother entering CWL in the first place as you are only interested in rewards. Not sure where you are getting this 'all TH12s are gemmers thing' nor do I understand why you think that is a bad thing anyways?

I still don’t get how you get so much resources for upgrading th12 structures and keep your workers busy without buying gems. Would you mind to show me your village,I would be really keen to see your progress 🙂

You may be unsuccessful, in the short term, but you're way too hung up on the maxed TH12 thing. AFAIK, we will all start at the same level; we'll be matched against similar clans; 1 in 8 clans (12.5%) will move up & the remaining clans will try again. With 18 levels, there's no reason why some lower weighted clans can't climb reasonably high; with skill.
You & others (in this thread & elsewhere) also seem to have decided, before the fact, that this is a bad addition to the game. Let's see how it works out, before we pass judgement, eh?
