How much time it take to have an answer for a request

Hello, I lost my cel phone and my village with it (no it wasn't linked but I was thinking it was)

So I open a request to know if it's possible (even don't to retrieve it right now) but still don't have any answer. How much time it could take? I want to know that because I spent money for that game but no possibility to retrieve it for now...
