Here's what you should know about your new hood;
We play to Top 3! Well, we play for GOLD, but top 3 is fine.
We are
very competitive and fight hard every week for our trophies!!!
Take your time getting your tasks done if you like, we do not speed the board or spend diamonds to finish fast. Yet we still get a trophy almost every week.
�� English only, required level 50. International group, and everyone is welcome. But English is required so we can communicate.
�� Be polite! Please and thank you goes a long way. All your new hood mates are very nice.
�� Helpful to others, we play to win as a team! We will help you any way we can. If you look up TEAMWORK, there's a picture of our hood.
Knowledge of how the derbies work! Anything you need to know, just ask!
�� Cooperative play, chat and coordinate when needed. We play to win as a team! Take a mix of tasks, not just help and mining! Come on, how is it even fun with just those?? But really it's about playing as a team. We all do a good mix of tasks so there are a few fast tasks left on board for others. We're looking for TEAMMATES, not selfish points riders looking to cash in on our 9 horseshoe rewards every week by running all the easiest tasks and leaving the long tasks for others. That's not nice. Great players who understand teamwork are never taken for granted!
�� Complete all free tasks, bonus task of course is very appreciated (but never required) when derby groups are running close on points.
�� Opt out of derby when you will be busy or just want a break. Opting out is always ok.
Opted in players are expected to complete all free tasks.
�� No needy or greedy! We will always help you, but it's a 2 way street! We are a team!
�� Derby tasks 320 regular derby, 320+ themed derby.
We do not assign or hold tasks, and we do NOT require you to wait a week before opting in. We SHOULD, but we don't. We hope for the best. We are friendly and easy to get along with, so if there's a task on the board you're prepped to run, just ask if it could be left for you.
"Baby" or second farms are welcome, but MAXIMUM of 2 farms per player in this hood! I can't stress that enough. We've seen a few players running 3-5 (that we KNEW of). It goes badly. As in the owner of those monopolizing the task board, even worse in any themed derbies where they can pass easy tasks on to their next account. Not too mention really who has the time to successfully run that may without blowing tasks? In our experience, the answer is none. 2 is fine, just be honest about them please. I have 2. That means I usually need nothing and can usually help you.
Outside of derby tasks, it's
totally ok to ask for help with boats and trucks and townie orders you want to complete that aren't derby. We are not COMPLETELY about the derby, but we do play to top 3 every week

Pretty simple stuff! We promote to elder after your first derby with us (as long as you are a good player!), co leader is possible once you are established and proven as a good fit.
