Hi! Look, you've found your new hood! Wow that was easy, huh? Best day ever!!
Here's what you should know about your new hood;
4 1/2 month old hood with 15 trophies. 11 in Champion League, 5 of those are gold. Come be a part of the next one!
Required level 34.
We play to Top 3! Well, we play for GOLD, but top 3 is fine.
We are very competitive and fight hard every week for our trophies!!!
We are a small, VERY active hood where it's simple to get tasks and get done. Much easier to get tasks here than in 30 player hoods. We're small because bad players are not tolerated. We all help each other, and opted in players do at least all 9 tasks, usually all do 10.
We also all play our towns a lot. So there are always plenty of townies to pick up! Town players will love this hood!
�� English only, required level 34. International group, and everyone is welcome. But English is required so we can communicate. Perfect English is not required, we aren't jerks LOL.
�� Be polite! Please and thank you goes a long way. All your new hood mates are very nice.
�� Helpful to others, we play to win as a team! We will help you any way we can. If you look up TEAMWORK, there's a picture of our hood.
Knowledge of how the derbies work! Anything you need to know, just ask! Really, we love to teach you our strategies so you can be an asset. You won't be left to fend for yourself.
�� Cooperative play, chat and coordinate when needed. We play to win as a team!
�� Complete all free tasks, and 10th when derby groups are running close on points.
�� Opt out of derby when you will be busy or just want a break. Opting out is always ok. Opted in players are expected to complete all free tasks.
�� No needy or greedy! We will always help you, but it's a 2 way street! We are a team!
We do not assign or hold tasks, and we do NOT require you to wait a week before opting in. We SHOULD, but we don't. We hope for the best. We are friendly and easy to get along with, so if there's a task on the board you're prepped to run, just ask if it could be left for you. Hopefully it will be, but I can not enforce that, and never will. That works much better if you are CLOSE to being done with your current task, and have been prepping for whatever it is on the board. As in, don't take a boating task, and 30 minutes later request a candle task be left. That's not cool. You're just forcing your hood mates to wait, even tho it could be completed before your current task is done. Just be considerate is all I'm saying. Also help and mining are wildcard tasks. We ask that you don't request those be left for you.
"Baby" or second farms are welcome, but MAXIMUM of 2 farms per player in this hood!
Outside of derby tasks, it's totally ok to ask for help with boats and trucks and townie orders you want to complete that aren't derby. We are not COMPLETELY about the derby, but we do play to top 3 every week. We enjoy competition and we enjoy WINNING!

Pretty simple stuff! We promote to elder after your first derby with us (as long as you are a good player!), co leader is possible once you are established and proven as a good fit.
