    please help i cant recover my account

    hello, so i switched from ios to android, and now when i load clash of clans on an ios device to play my max th9, is asks if i want to load my save, then when i press on load it pops up with a supercell log in, when back at the time i made and played on my account there wasnt a supercell ID. ive read other threads and tried everything, but it just doesnt work, help.

    that means your village is saved with supercell id.
    reasons:
    - you shared your village/device and that person saved it with supercell id
    - someone had acces to your device and saved it with supercell id

    solution:
    contact the ingame support and ask them to remove the supercell id.

    you can request an opt out from supercell id.cant tell you if it will work if you havent logged into that account you want to opt out.
    you need to contact the ingame support for that.

    if you have the supportbot sparky than follow the steps down below.




    if you cant opt out than you have to go through your one time account recovery.

    Thankyou but i don't know my player ID anymore, so everytime i reach out to the hep service i they stop after i said i didn't have my player ID....

    you will not get back your village if you cant provide that you are the original creator. not knowing the player id is the smallest problem. there will be more serious quetsions you have to answere.

    I can provide everything exept that, but they don't ask for date of purchases ect

    i know that. you described it earlier. as i said you may have shared your village or someone had acces to your gamecenter id and saved it with supercell id.
    go through account recovery or go to that person who plays your village and claim his email as your email.
    going through account recovery you will need to answere some serious questions beginning with your playertag and that is the easiest question.

    no one here on forum is able to help you with that. you have to deal with the ingame support.
