Hi, my name is Tanya! Me, my small farm, and a very close friend of mine have been playing together in a hood we're currently in champs league!
We're looking for a medium sized hood to join that have like minded players!
-derby 310+(we usually always do 320 & special derbies we do 320+)
-no beggers!! We are always willing to help but sometimes we would like help back!
-sometimes we chat alot and sometimes a little!! We are adults that have jobs and small children! LIFE ALWAYS 1ST=TOP PRIORITY!
-No drama! Which we also understand sometimes those kinda folks come along! I mean we also play clash of clans so we know how that is!
Oh last but not least our levels!! 96 (is me), 54 (my friend), and 49 ( my baby farm)

Derby (only gold trophies so far too!)
We would like all 9 tasks completed at 310+ points. Extra task is not required because we know diamonds can be precious. However, we understand that life comes first and you’re more than welcome to opt out if you think you’ll be too busy!


Trading
Our hood consists of several avid traders, which, I myself, have traded with many of them and often, and they have always been quick, smooth, successful trades. Say you want to expand your silo, but have extra nails, but low on screws? Whip up a quick post in the trades section of our discord and there may be someone interested in swapping items.


Communication
We use discord, which is either a website or a free mobile app. It is super easy to download and use. We have different channels in the discord, such as general chat, derby discussion, marketplace, and trading.


The Donation Birdhouse
We are currently using the request feature for only crops, so that we can all work on getting our generous neighbor achievement.


Weekly Giveaways
Using our discord, we do a giveaway every week run by one of the hood owners. To enter, it is as simple as clicking one button and it is randomized, therefore everyone has an equal chance. The prize is usually 5 of a predetermined expansion material, but it can vary.

We are a balanced , friendly neighborhood. We play derby a little diffrent. Every other week we play just for horseshoes which is a little laid back. Other derby we play regular derbies which is for the prizes of top 3. We understand the need to opt-out when you need to.New member need to be level 25 to join. We also work and make changes as a group. We ask two things from you..

1. Be courteous and say “ thank you” when you buy from others shop or when someone helps with boats, waters ect...
say “your welcome” we understand that is not always conductive when doing truck tasks ect but once your done we appreciate it.
2. We also use Kik it’s a free app and it does not send you unsolicited messages. We use this to communicate with one another and bettter help each other.

Having troubles finding a hood that fits us! The issue is we'd like a hood that chats a little thats not completely silent and that doesn't require other apps to join! We live busy lives and we enjoy our hayday time but adding other apps is a bit much for us! Hope we find a hood before derby begins!
Also we'd like to be part of a group that shares as we do and derby is 310-315+
