Well ok. I won’t water. Do you still want me to fill your crates? I can only help when it’s convenient to you? I can understand if its task related, but not having that always as your farm name. So I’m so sorry I won’t be filling any crates. I Sure wouldn’t want to help where it’s not wanted.

That makes better sense. If I’m doing helps for my baby farm I just Post in NH because I always save enough for everyone. If someone comes along and waters that’s ok. I appreciate the help.

It can be crazy the different ways we play and then think it’s the only ‘right’ way to play. If I have a hoodie with a help task and it’s during a time when many friends may be playing, I will change my name to say “help task in progress” . Sometimes people may not see it, and I’m good with that. They may have been working on their own help task. In the end, I’m glad to have friends that will come and help when the neighbors aren’t around.

Our hood always has plenty of trees available for helps due to our apparently unusual “save your trees” policy lol. Our hoodies announce whe they have a task and are ready for trees to b posted. Occasionally we have a poacher, but we just pause till they r gone and then resume. It usually only costs us a few trees. We never change our farm names to reflect the task.

Btw, I did not find the save your trees policy unusual. We all save some. Your policy came off as a rule, as in “don’t ask for help outside of help tasks or you will get reprimanded”

What if ANY help is restricted to friends-only, thus not desirable? There is no way to stop 'strangers' popping in and have their way, is it? Be it watering, filling crates, raiding the shop etc.

I don’t change my farm name for a help task at all. The NH knows th entrees are to be flagged for them and often the location. Mostly they are quick enough. I am always grateful for help 😀

If a nieghbour gas a help task they put up 'help task taken' in chat, other neighbours then put up trees (if they've saved them). Then the nieghbour puts up 'help task done'. Problem is we have one who concentrates on playing and only reads the 'farm needs help' messages, notvthe ones before.
