To become elder all you must do is wait. We like to evaluate our member based on the improvement they have made with us and grant them elder if they show constant war participation, more 3 stars, donations etc. If you want to be a Co-leader you must be with the clan more than 4 months and show that you can help our members and teach them new stuff as well as everything mentioned for an elder.
