Fair play hasn’t been fixed with the latest uodate

Siege machines are a great addition for th12. However, this is the new engineered base in wars. Clans are opting not to included their th12 in wars, but they get siege machines via donations. Since this has happened, my clan has won ZERO wars when we are a paired with these clans. COC should come up with a new rule that the only people who could donate troops during a war must actually be in the war. Right now, it is not fair play and the game isn’t fun when one clan shows up with a a gun, but the other clan only has a knife. Very unfair and should be fixed. Personally, I’m tired of expending my time and resources in wars if my clan doesn’t have an equal chance to win. I’m very salty over this issue and hope coc fixes this soon.

To "fix" it, SC would have to accept it was broken, and I don't believe they do.

Most clans with enough TH10+ to make a difference will have at least one TH12 by now, so while there certainly are clans who have your issue, they are not likely to be all that common.

And it is extremely rare for SC to give something to a certain level then take it away.

Your choices are -
Don't war (no fun)
War and hope for the best (dicey most clans have a 12 to donate)
Recruit an active 12 (tough to do)
Have one of your 11s rush to 12 to donate siege machines)
Hope around global or the forums asking for mercy to have siege engines donated during your war - difficult but not impossible especially if you run smaller wars.

But I would not count on SC making the change you are hoping for.

We are in the same boat as you. We usually run 3-4 th11 at the top and we have no 12s in the clan. We lose a lot now due to the other clans bringing siege machines. I decided to rush to 12 (I'm a mid 11 with 50/46/16 so it isn't a huge rush) to even things up with the knowledge that i may have to sit out of the wars for a while once i get there. It just isn't fun for anyone in the clan when we all go into the war knowing that we are at a disadvantage before even considering the matchup.

Visit a req and leave clan and get your own siege machines

Or get someone who doesn’t war to rush to donate

Either way there are solutions
