    By people quitting and leaving their villages unguardedd. Though as you stay in que only few days at worst, many many people have to quit for the loot to return even to the same level.

    Said it before, saying it again: game needed more resources, not different resource distribution.

    1 gem a week resource boost = everyone happy, people gemming to free up builders. But that makes no sense to keep everyone happy. Just to get people gemming is required. That's what was accomplished.

    If they cared about us the would have given more bonus or increased collectors....

    It's a bit boring update, only a new mode to Inferno Tower and Inferno Tower lvl 3!

    It's sense more like a balance update with a christmas theme than an awesome update there will go in the Coc history!

    Fallacy: Progressive Tax

    In attempt to address the 'Loot Issue' SC has installed a progressive tax system so to speak. Lets take America for example, those with low income are taxed at a lower rate, those who make loads of money are taxed at a much higher rate. I'd like to analogize the meaning of tax with the available loot to others when raided.

    It is the view of some or many who participate in this game that the loot system was unfavorable to the majority, that it needed a change. But i don't think that this change addresses the real issue for the following reasons:

    1. The change doesn't inject resources to the economy - collectors are the same
    2. It allows for players to steal more resources, but only from those who HAVE them (filled storages = more loot)

    To be honest i was ok with the previous system, i found ways to profit and upgrade my base at many ranges in the game. But in my opinion, these changes accomplish nothing because they only raise the stakes for those who have resources to lose it.

    A progressive tax structure may serve it's purposes in a real life economy, but let's face it.. this game is different and so are the issues

    I liked it as an offensive attack not a random if triggered defensive attack

    I think everyone can agree we are disappointed with this update. my solution change it back to 20% and give 1 gem boosting for a week.

Again, this is opposite the objectives listed in the previously linked post explaining why the changes were put into place.

    Are the loot changes meant to help lower level TH players progress faster, and slow progress of higher level TH players? If so, it's working - at least on the later half.

    They do care actually. Just can you finally understand ,they said it needs a time , to Have Effect .After each update update people use their resources for new upgrades a d stuff like that , give it a time , stop judging at once. Needs to have an ability of understanding...

    Loving the new update SC!

    From what I've seen so far (only had time for 2 raids so far as I am supposed to be working) the change to the loot seems like a good thing. Both my raids this morning have been good, first was 400k/400k second was 350k/350k, so liking the new loot system so far.

    I have noticed however, that many bases I see in matchmaking now have less loot than before (obviously the smaller percentage available being applied to bases with less than the max loot in the storage), but there does seem to be quite a few offering more loot now as well. Will have to wait and see how all this pans out over the next few weeks to know for sure if it is a positive change or not overall.

    So far though I like it! Keep up the good work SC!
