Depends on the base you’re attacking. As always. But usually involves the ww and bk and aq. Plus maybe some funneling troops. And a poison for cc.

I like to roll with the WW, Royals, Valks in WW, and clone spell.
I am a QW guy so take my advice with a grain of salt.
8 giants, 12 witches, 12 bowlers, 4 archers/1 wizard, 2 heals, 2 rage spells, 1 jump, 1 poison + WW machine, bowlers and rage. Sometimes you might take 3 rage spells and a single heal, depending on the base. Nevertheless, WW is a must for easily three staring most of the bases.
1 giant, 30 hogs, 7 bolwers, 7 wizards and a baby drag, 4 heal spells, rage and a poison spell. Using the WW to its fullest potential is crucial here. Taking another tank - golem usually works fine, but it all comes down to the base. 2 freeze spells work fine in the CC.
Id say that hogs are stronger than the bo/witch army composition, but it all comes to the base design. If you cant kill enemy's AQ and CC with you WW and golem/bolwers, then hogs are probably not the right composition for this base.
P.S. Have in mind that you might still fail to three-star enemy TH11 with those compositions, though they work just fine in 9/10 times.
P.S. Having a WW is a must when attacking maxed TH11.
