Hi guys! i have a problem here. which is that i’ve not played coc in a while and i deleted the game. i dont have a supercell id nor a google account for it but i only have a Facebook account for it which is a townhall 9 but when i tried to log in, it says that i can only log in with the new tutorial account so can i ask anybody to help me with what to do? i would appreciate it very much!
As far as I know, Facebook is not a way to save your account. Connecting to FB only populates your in game friends list with FB friends who clash. If you weren’t saved with SC ID, Google, or Apple you may be out of luck.

If you saved your game thru any of the above methods (not fb), play the tutorial, then you will be prompted the enter your account info.

It is a bit unusual though. It asks if you want to connect your account to Facebook. To me, this means ‘save’ your account. To SC it means ‘advertise to everyone you’ve ever met’.
i did, but the problem is i do not have any supercell if or google account for it else as the last time i played is last year and last year they don’t have these accounts
Hi all, i have contacted supercell’s help and support and i have gave them all the details already and i have not receive any reply yet its been 5 hours already
Supercell at least takes a day to reply, sometimes even longer.

it could take days befor e you get the first reply. dont look every minute or hour for answere. this could cause that your request get deleted. you will see a red notification at the gear icon after support has answered.
not true. i often got answere within few minutes but in other cases it could take some days
