We are a hard-working, fun, relaxed, and established ADULT neighborhood who have been around for almost 3 years. I know how can you be relaxed and hardworking, right? Well we play derby to win, but don’t get upset if we don’t. We shake it off and prepare for the next one. We expect anyone who opts into the derby to finish their 9 tasks (10th optional). Obviously, things happen in life so please just communicate it to a leader or co-leader if you cannot finish your task. If you do not communicate two times you will be gone. It’s not fair to your neighbors who worked hard then not place because other people did not complete their task.
Our vision for this group is to have a place to just decompress and relax, but still let your hardworking competitive side out. Our goal in Momma Nana’s Gang (MNG) is to place first every derby, we consistently place in the top 2.

*Must opt into derby at least twice a month unless otherswise communicated
*9 tasks (10th optional)
*310 regular derby/320 special
*Do not trash any tasks just because YOU don’t want to do it, the derby does not rely on you alone. Trash duplicates (always trash lower task first) (board will be cleaned up by a leader/co-leader if it is covered in low level tasks) Elders can trash duplicates or anything below 310/320
*During derby do not water/help (!) unless asked to. Mondays anyone can water.
*on Mondays we request crops (at least once) from the bird house to help everyone get their achievement (the rest of the week it’s whatever you need/want) this is optional but we want everyone to get their achievement.
*Minimum level is 55 to join
*Must speak English
*Will have to do one derby before being upgraded to elder.

Now I can sit here and bore you with all the words to describe why you should come give our NH a try, but I wont. You wouldn't believe me anyway ����. So many NHs claim to be this over that. Pick me!! We will help.... You get there and it still doesn't feel right, doesn't feel like home... But they said how great they would be, didn't they? Lol.
