    I don't know. But I enjoy mangos imported from Mexico. When they ripen, they are so sweet that I slice them and strawberries to blend delicious smoothies.

    Hi, The lovely champagne mango. I've been enjoying them for many years, they're my favorite. When ripe they are very juicy and tender.
    I use these as a simple snack, but also diced up with fresh blueberries and a sprinkling of chopped up mint. They're also very nice paired with soft and semi-soft cheeses, especially tangy sheep's milk cheese, like a manchego. But my favorite way to enjoy these are in a summer sangria. I'll dice these up, puree for juice, add a sparkling mixer, a Spanish white wine or Prosecco, then a splash of rum or even a touch of brandy. Add everything into a pitcher and garnish with a few blueberries. Very refreshing.
