Single play attacking multiple resource bases

A single player (Archan) just attacked three of my resource bases within minutes of each other. Is that possible?

That doesn't seem to be a very definitive answer. There are lots of players with all kinds of crazy theories about the way things work. I was hoping to hear from a developer in this forum.

I saw your "game specialist" tag, but I'm not sure what that means.

For what it's worth, I spend enough time defending resource bases without having a single player attacking multiple bases all day long. Despite recent changes, the game is getting boring and annoying.

You are welcome to try the same as I just did and reported over in the other thread, refresh you own unowned RBs. Being given multiple bases from same owner is not a theory, it is indeed a fact that can be verified by anyone who has many unowned bases.

Being given multiple bases from the same owner is not a theory? Not sure I understand your response. No one gave me anything. I took the resource bases and I regularly defend them. What I haven't seen before is a single player with the ability to attack more than one of my resource bases. The attacker is not currently a threat to me. I quickly retook all three bases. But, as the other string noted, this seems fishy. It's hard to believe that the gameplay was set up to allow such a thing. To the best of my knowledge, I have never had the opportunity to attack multiple bases belonging to another player, especially at the same time.

See my expanded resoponse in the other thread. It has nothing to do with what you do, but rather everything to do with what the other player does. It was they who were given the bases, not you, when they refreshed many RBs simultanously.

Abosolutely not a theory. As I said, anyone can verify who has many unowned RBs on their map. You are a "must own" player, so you never have RBs to refresh in mass. But, not eveyone plays as you do.

Understood. I still find it odd that the developers designed a gameplay that works this way. If you clear your map, and start attacking resource bases from scratch, three of the resource bases you can attack shouldn't belong to the same player. And the guy who reported seven attacks from the same player? That's ridiculous and poor gameplay design, IMHO.
