With the recent addition to th12 many new people are playing the game. There should not be any new town halls or major additions to the game or else the startups will not be able to even get to a decent town hall before it is counted as noobish or bad. It will give them a chance to get to a decent town hall

I don’t think you need to worry about th13 coming out any time soon. SC has recently taken your worries into account. Between the addition of clan games, magic items, the trader, increased star/war bonus, hero regen reductions, and build time reductions on pretty much everything, I don’t think any new player has much to worry about. Also, there is another big update planned for later this year. No telling what new features we may get in it.
Unfortunately, game development cannot be put on hold in order for newer players to catch up. The game gas been around for 6 years, and a lot of content has been released in those 6 years, and more content is set to come. Those things take time and patience to acquire and upgrade. Newer players already have the benefit of reduced build times and prices that some of us didn't have the luxury of having the first go round. Just keep grinding and you'll find yourself progressing faster than you think.
