personal train shows neighbours having townies wanting pick up but they aren’t there

It’s been going on for weeks and weeks yes. Last week it started telling me repeatedly that none of my neighbours had visitors. I had to click off and on to the train again to see the neighbours.

Then yesterday my train added a new trick...it told me I had 2 visitors waiting on one of my baby farms. I was a little surprised because I thought I had released some a couple of hours before. The usual trick didn’t work...it kept telling me 2 so I just sighed, figured I was mistaken and went to the farm. Sure enough, I get to the station and I have 16 visitors waiting.

I’m assuming that SC is trying to solve the initial problem hence the weirdness. So there’s some information to help them along. Huzzah!

I still have this issue. It will also do it for Greg, show 2 can be picked up and only one is there. So I know this is not a situation where someone is picking up passengers the same time as me. What I have noticed is the train showing the total number of townies on the dock. Not just those that can be picked up, but those that can be picked up PLUS those that are going home. So for example, 6 townies are showings that can supposedly be pick up. However, 4 townies are “going home” and 2 are “waiting on a train”. Or 2 townies showing that they can be picked up, but both are actually “going home” and 0 can be picked up.

Yes! So annoying. I think everyone in our neighborhood has same problem, but not always the identical results. Please Hay Day, can you fix this?

We have the same problem in our hood, what's up? I have 15 people to be picked up but members only see one. Many of the other members show 1 or 2 but when I go there, none to puck up.
