Lost village (I'm a total ♥♥♥♥♥♥. It's my own fault, just looking for some mercy.)

Hi, ( I hope i'm posting this in the right section )

I lost my village since i wanted to clean up my phone, so I've reset it to factory settings... I read it would be of no harm to my game... I linked it to facebook, but not GameCenter, which is stupid when i search further... ... I was like lvl 48 and really starting to like the game... Since 27/11 I've sent a support-ticket and still I've got no answer... I've already contacted them on facebook and still no response... Are there any administrators here who can bring me some hope getting my village back? I've included my village name, level and some buildings in it in previous messages, but yeah... As i already said: no responses... Please help me, I want to play CoC again... ( I am not starting over, I've spent lots of hours on it to be honest. )

In your email also add the last time played and gems you had. Info like that is easier for SC to know it's you. And the wait time is 2-3 weeks so don't give up

wow.. Really that long? I hope they don't respond with : " can you give me this or that information " and then i need to wait another 2-3 weeks ^^... I didn't add the gems.. i did add things like : levels of elixir collectors, gold storage, elixir tank, (also the amount of them i have) how many lvl 6 walls i had, which lvl my barracks were etc... should i reply with my approximate gems?
