    Is In Game “Contact Us” broken?

    I have sent 4 messages since the beginning of the month to in game support, all very polite and patient.

    the first message was in regard to an event not working as expected (booster boats). I did not receive any reply and when I went to my conversation history, it was gone... all historic discussions.

    the second message was reiterating the booster boat event issue and asking why my conversation history disappeared

    the third contact was to report a bot farm, for which I did get a canned response, however, I asked for more assistance by replying to the support team member, so...

    the 4th message was asking if there was something wrong with the in game “contact us” feature and sadly, no response and deleted as well.

    i have traditionally had reasonable contact with in game support. This was 4 messages over 2 weeks and nothing inflammatory, rude, demanding or threatening.

    this has been very frustrating to say the least

    I am not too familiar with the editing feature, however, I am certain you still have all of your decorations.

    whether you use the edit feature to place them or do it manually, they will still be there. It is unfortunate that you need to do it from scratch.

    I do think there is an issue with the ‘disappearing’ conversations. There are way too many reports that go MIA, for it to actually be a person that just doesn’t want to deal with a problem, IMO. However, if I had a problem or something go wrong with the game I would still contact support. Sometimes that is ones only hope.

    I would suggest, for now, to take a screenshot of every conversation one starts with support. It would be good to have dates, times, etc. as well as proof that the message existed. Maybe when the team is back after the summer holiday this can be looked into further.

    Support in German language works like a charme.
    Within 10 minutes I have very often feedback. Also on the weekend.

    They are really friendly and very helpful. I got standard answers at the beginning, that is now 2 years ago. ;-)


    Maybe there are just too many requests in English.
