Magic Item used and didn’t work

Hello Support team, i had 2 magic items to fill the gold. I used the first and it filled correctly. Then i used the gold to upgrade. Then i clicked the second item to refill the gold again but it didn’t fill it and got used for nothing.
Please can u check what happened. My username in the game is hak. My tag is #YY20RGJL0.

Did you look on your builder base? You may have had a rune of builder gold.

edit: Also, if you really did have a magic item not work, then you need to contact support in the game. There is no support offered on these forums. Only advice from other players.

If you had two magic items to fill gold, one of them was most assuredly to fill the gold in the Builder Hall village.
