Considering a mod just posted, I’d say it’s ok?

We mods are not infallible, we don't always notice a duplicate thread, so no you certainly can't say it is OK just because a mod has posted.

It has been merged now, and the OP dealt with appropriately.

I wouldn’t mind the TV idea, either, for when the clan chat/activity is slow. It might also provide some new attacks or layout ideas to try, without leaving the game to google YouTube videos.

They might have to figure out some way of getting permission, though? I don’t know if war clans would want their bases accidentally ending up out there for everyone in the game to view, assuming they aren’t the ones who are inclined to rebuild war bases five or six times each week.
