It is The Same with PowerPotion in Troops that Base on LEVEL of Laboratory, This Time the Hero Power Potion
is BASE On TOWN HALL LEVEL..
For Example... I Already TH12 but my BK and AQ are LvL 20..
If I use Hero Power Potion it Turned to Max BK and AQ for 1 Hour...

Just that we have to reach 250K Clan Games point as a Clan while individual cap remains at 4K. Or if you would like to purchase it from Trader, it will cost 60000 gems since it literally gave us 150 levels of Heroes freely (60+60+30).

I think there is a good balance now in potions and books, this would be over kill, the grind is annoying and difficult but part of the game, be patient and get those hero's upgraded
