Thread: Not sure how I’ve offended; Any help would be much appreciated.

    Are the only customers the in-game ones like Greg. I assume from what you are saying that no one is able to see your sales nor what you are selling in the paper.

    From the sound of it you are shadow banned, you can still play but cannot sell. The only way to fix this is to get support to look at your game. If you go into settings and credits you can find your device id.

    they will need this to check your history.

    If you have used software on your device to cheat, purchased off an online store, used bots then probably they won't help as service won't do it.

    If you are lucky by adding your code here the service side may side may look at it and see what has happened. You might find that sending an email to service or DMing the support staff here a possible help option.

    Thanks Ranger. Yes, ‘shadow banned’ sounds exactly like what has been done to my account. I’ll try contacting support again with this new terminology and see if they can help. As for adding my device id here - I’m not THAT much of a Luddite.

    One possibility I can think of is you may have installed an app to modify other games on your device. This third-party app then modified HD's game files without your knowledge or consent and set off the alarm bells at Supercell.

    If so, I don't understand why Supercell didn't ban your account immediately and instead allowed you to continue playing with non-functional RSS and DD for almost two years. Curiouser and curiouser.

    Yes, that’s where I’m at, at the moment; curiouser and curiouser.

    I’m once again at the ‘no response’ from help support at the moment. But I’m determined to keep trying.

    So now I’ve had 3 different help support people contact me, telling me their name and offering help, but the problem is, after our first contact in game (in the contact us help section) the thread gets deleted. So I post again asking for help, and get a different person responding to me. Every time the thread gets deleted I seem to be back to square one. I’m not sure if they are deleting the chat, or if something else is going on. Any thoughts on that one?

    Still no love

    Still no love from any chat venue that I’ve tried. Hopefully someone at Super Cell will take pitty on me and just look at the original information. I still think a mistake was made (and could easily be corrected) if some amazing person would just look at the game evidence. I’m obviously not cheating. Just look at my farm and my activity.

    Shadow Banned

    My newspaper and roadside stall have not been functional for almost 2 years now. I’ve had a few brief discussions with tech support, and the closest I can figure is that I have something on my old device that is about hay day, but is not made by supercell. Hence, (based on the terms of service agreement), tech support doesn’t need to help me, or even reply to my pleas for help. Any thoughts on what I can do would be much appreciated.

    Unfortunately, we have done all we can to help you. Your issue is between you and support and support does not browse the forum. We are all just farmers, here and our hands are just as tied as yours... sorry
