    Post Not sure how I’ve offended; Any help would be much appreciated.

    My newspaper and roadside stall have not been functional for almost 2 years now. I’ve had a few brief discussions with tech support, and the closest I can figure is that I have something on my device that is about hay day, but is not made by supercell. Hence, (based on the terms of service agreement), tech support doesn’t need to help me, or even reply to my pleas for help. Any thoughts on what I can do would be much appreciated.

    Uninstall, re-install.

    If your farm was saved, you can reload it. If it wasn't, it's gone anyway since the game can't start.

    Well what *do* you have on your device. Are you playing on some kind of emulator?

    Depends how much you want this game back, and how you store your data.

    Try a factory reset.

    That’s just it - I have no idea what I’ve done, or accidentally downloaded or what. I’m a bit of a Luddite and seriously only use my computer for work and my iPad for Hay Day (which I’ve all but stopped using) I also have an iPhone. Could any other app that I’ve got on my devices be interfering with Hay Day?

    Sorry to be so obtuse, but I honestly don’t know what I’ve done, and Hay Day help reserves the right to not help me, whether I knowingly did something wrong, or, in this case, not.

    If it was too old, then surely SC would have just told Alehoux that.
    Besides, this has been an issue for 2 years now.
    No idea why it happens though

    Something on your device? The only reason I could see support denying support to you because of something on your device, is if that something on your device modded the game in a way to give you some kind of unfair advantage in the game.

    Or if you were playing on a emulator somehow. I think that also means you don't get help from support.
