    Stolen account ($3000+ on the game) - SC support aren't helping

    Hey guys.

    I really hate to make a forum post about this, but I can't seem to get anywhere with SC support in game.

    My account has been stolen. I have no idea how, why or when, but I cannot access it anymore and I'm almost at my wits end with SC support.

    The issue is, SC support want so much proof, and some of it I just don't have. I totally understand that. The one I'm stuck with is how many devices I've accessed the account on. I've used this account on so many devices around my family and friends, that I've lost count and can't answer this question. I've answered every other support question to try to get my account back with no success.

    The thing that worries me, is that since 2013, I've spent well over $3000 on this game. I stopped playing in 2017 as I was burnt out, I redownloaded the game a few weeks ago, and the account had been stolen and tied to a SC ID, and the name changed. Google Play wouldn't let me sign into the account as it was locked with a Supercell ID. The perpetrator has removed all friends from the account.

    I still have access to the Clash Royale account, and probably boom beach, just not CoC.

    This forum post can be further proof of my owning of the account; I could even create a private listing on the old YouTube channel I have for CoC and give that to SC support as proof.

    The issue is the stolen account process is very scripted, I'm stuck on this one question, while someone just uses my account that they haven't poured multiple hours and thousands of dollars into.

    If a moderator or support consultant is reading this; please help me. I have so many screenshots, a YouTube channel full of videos to prove I am the owner of this account.

    He already contacted support and asked how to deal with this, why you told him to contact SC again. He didn't need that info.

    If I'm not wrong, if you provide support with purchase proofs, they might return your account to you.

    That is, if they haven't helped you the same way before, since everybody has only got 1 chance of recovering their account.

    Unfortunately as others have pointed out, and I think you even already know, posting on these forums concerning this issue is just wasting your time.

    Only by going through Supercell Support will you be able to get anywhere with possibly retrieving a former account.

    He did need that info, as only SC Support have access to accounts to be able to resolve these issues, and so only they can help. Nobody here has that access, including even Darian, and there is no other special channel of communication besides the one OP is using.

    OP, it doesn’t really help to know, but how you lost your account was pretty certainly connected to the problem you have now: it’s been everywhere, on all manner of other people’s devices. If you do get it back, never play it again on a device you do not control. All you can do is continue to work with Support and hope they will accept multiple other forms of confirmation that it is your account. You might also try going the rounds of those whom you remember borrowing their device to ask them flat out is it them, and if so please return control of it.

    So thinking you have used the game on so
    many devices that you lost count ..maybe some of your friends took over the game ?

    Surely providing proof of amounts spent, they would be able to align this data with purchases of said account. Maybe even ask them if that will help if they don’t suggest it?

    My advice to you is to find out which of your family or friends has taken over your account. By the looks of things either a friend or family member who knew you had decided to ditch CoC decided that you no longer needed that account and has co-opted it for themselves.

    Your other option is to keep going through the loops until you get the option to speak to an actual customer support agent and then show them the proofs of purchase for the $3,000 you say you've spent on the game.
