Recruiting for a 4 year old established invite only NH called Happiness Spot. We are English speaking and have 23 current members level 50-160 from all over the world. We are looking for easy going active adult players level 60+ who like to help and contribute as much as being helped, that is really the only major rule. We are active in derby, but not derby obsessive, we have between 8-16 opt-ins every week with most neighbors on as daily players. We are in Champs League with 60+ gold trophies. So if you Opt in, you need to complete 9 tasks 307+, with 10th optional, and most weeks we place in top 3. There is no pressure here, no drama, no micromanagement, no restrictions on donation requests. Active town players preferred, people are always looking for townies to pick up.
This neighborhood is well organized, its been molded and developed over time and includes the nicest and most generous neighbors you can find in the game, a handful of players have been in this NH since the beginning of the neighborhood feature, so we are a tight knit group. The NH is managed as a cooperative leadership team of 5 players, but everyone gets a vote in NH decisions, so its more like a democracy than a dictatorship, but when you fill a NH with great people, the NH pretty much runs itself. We use LINE for outside the game communication.

I just started a neighborhood for lower level farms. We have international players. We are kicked back and relaxed. All I ask of you is to be active, polite, helpful and derby oriented. We do at least 9 tasks of 320 points on regular derbies and 400 points on special derbies.
