    2) SC is overreacting to the community feed back. I have seen many complain that their TH11 that was never three started is now being face rolled.

If the first is correct then shame on SC for being so greedy. If the second is correct then shame on the community for not adapting to the new meta.

I guess I will wait to see if miners undergo the same type of nerf since there have been many complaints about them also. Either way, while I am all for keeping the game in balance, I’m not a fan of quick overreactions. That’s what this feels like to me.

For the record, I am still at TH11 trying to max out and I have not used a wall wrecker yet. This change truly doesn’t impact me at this point but still just feels wrong.
1 - it's not the first time, that a new item is nerfed to oblivion (Looking at the Clock Tower, here)

2 - the nerf crowd started complaining the second the Siege Machines were announced.

I don't think multis ever left... still used them in war after nerf and still messed up a lot of air and bowitch attacks

Haha if you compare it to pre inferno nerf, multis definitely left. You would see maybe 1 base with multi out of 30/40 in wars especially cwl/high level wars

Wonder if the wall wrecker will use a jump? Probably should change its name as itll need wbs and golem in front to get into the base, if not I could see my bowlers going for a walk waiting for the wall wrecker to break through.

Completely agree. This just feels really fast to me. I would say that most of the community doesn’t have ww yet and there is a high amount that hasn’t used one yet. Siege machines were announced as “meta changing” but now feel like they were just a cool toy for dirty gemmers to use for 2 weeks. The community was overhyped on them and freely giving them away so everyone could play with the new toy. I feel like the donation rate has been slowing down recently (at least in the 3 clans that I have accounts in) due to the cost. They have only been donated for war attacks and really only late attacks when stars are needed. I feel like we would have been best served by letting the dust settle to get a clear picture before dropping this big of a nerf.

This is laughable, and proves that the " extensive play testing" just doesn't exist. This is such a kneejerk reaction! You couldn't have waited until base design and defense caught up?! I just switched my base so that the the and eagle weren't in line and it has worked wonders.

This is the second major bait and switch we have received after being told they have tested their update.

You got a point there, I never find fully maxed Th12's... Might be that the new level walls and defenses could do the job.

Too fast. My level 1 seige is too weak to make it to the core, and level 3 makes it in about half (maybe) of the time. This nerf will change that to never. Maybe it seems OP because nobody has max defenses yet, and multiple defenses are down for upgrades. If someone attacks a th9 with a siege, sure, its OP, but what can you expect if it is available to them. They weren't intended for th9s. Maybe should have thought of that beforehand. And Th10? Decent th11s didnt have issues wrecking those before the seige dropped.

I said it once and i say it again, the problem is that it can be donated, so that a th10 can use a lvl 3 WW. If only who could built them could use them WW would be upgraded at the same pace the defences it will face and then SC could better judge if a nerf is needed

I’m going to totally disregard Darien’s comments on the WW nerf as his comments dont make any sense at all.
I agree with the consensus of opinion in this thread. The nerf is just a knee jerk reaction that is not borne out with data. From the day the update landed, TH10’s had the benefit of WW level 3 donations whilst the TH12’s had to make do with level 1 until other TH12’s got the WW. If you were unfortunate enough to be the only TH12 in the clan, you got to use the level 1, whilst your donations were upgraded to level 3 for the lower TH’s. AS for the battle blimp, we’ve only had a couple of weeks, why on earth do you expect us to prioritise that as an upgrade?
It’s fairly obvious that there was not rigorous testing of TH12 prior to release, and for that reason alone we now find this massive nerf.
A smarter move would have been to make donations to TH10 could only be level 1, donations to TH11 would be fixed at level 2 and only TH12 would benefit from level3. This has already been stated in this thread, but didn’t enter the minds of the nerf brigade at SC.
This would have retained a certain amount of balance within the different TH levels.
Used a donated level 3 blimp a couple of times and was not impressed, it is well under powered and needs a buff.
One thing is for certain, once the TH12’s upgrade their Town Halls and point defences, a buff back to where they were will be required.
I used books and value packs to get my siege machine to level 3, and this feels like a kick in the teeth, i really wish I’d learned my lesson from past town hall upgrades.
