    WussyPuss’ QMT

Hi, all and thanks to Cowslips and Momscar for breaking the QMT ice for us

I will try my best not to bore you ask away!

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE POSTING

    1. If you would like to host your own QMT, please indicate so on this thread. We will VM/PM you when it is your turn. DO NOT make your own QMT.

    2. Please don't ask questions that break forum rules or force me to make answers that break the forum rules. If it gets ugly, we likely will not be able to do any more QMTs in the future.

    3. Ask as many questions as the host of the QMT will allow, but make them good questions. It's not a competition to see who can ask the most questions.

    4. Answering questions is under my jurisdiction. Which means I won't answer questions I deem to be inappropriate

Hi WussyPuss. I will have more, but will start off with these questions.

1). Using only song titles describe your typical day. Try to use at least 5.

2). If you could have your own menagerie of animals (pretend you live on a big farm) which animals would be a must, and which would you choose not to have?

3). In HayDay, is there a production machine that you would like to have in real life? What is it? And Why?

4). Sweet or Savory foods? & your favorite of each.

5). If you had to pick up and move to a place you have never been, never to return home, where would you most likely go? And what would you take with you?

Thanks to Be A Legend for the signature!

Sorry to interrupt, but I think these are the best questions I have seen so far in a QMT. Looking forward to the answers!

LOL. WP, I've read many of your posts across three subforums and I haven't been bored yet. I just hope my questions aren't boring to you. Let's begin.

    Origins
    1. What inspired you to create your forumname, WussyPuss?
1a. Did you intend your forum avatar to be blurry? Is it the image of a lion?
    2. Why did you join the Supercell forum?

    Potpourri
    3. Do you follow professional sports which are popular in the US?
3a. What is the last book you read which wasn't on an electronic device? Do you recommend it to us?
    4. If you have children or will have children, which character traits of yours would you want to pass on to them?
4b. If I have only 5 days to spend in beautiful British Columbia, which top 5 destinations do you recommend I visit?

    Cultural Exchange
    5. Given that you're only a few hours of driving away from the Canadian-American border, how often do you cross the border into the United States for business or pleasure?
    6. Which group of border guards were friendlier? The guards greeting you as you left Canada or the guards greeting you as you entered Canada?
    7. Besides Justin Bieber, what is another well-known Canadian export which enriches culture worldwide?
7b. Have you been afflicted with Bieber Fever?
    8. Which Canadian cultural export are you the most proud of as a Canadian?

    GASP Life
    9. Describe your reaction when you received the PM to join Team GASP.
    10. Were you playing Clash of Clans when the Mod Squad invited you to join Team GASP?
    11. Are you continuing to play CoC or HD because you're a GASP?
    12. If you stop playing both CoC and HD, would you resign as a GASP?
    13. What have you learned as a GASP that you wouldn't have learned as a non-GASP?
    14. Even though you weren't required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with Supercell prior to joining Team GASP, as a current GASP, have you decided ever not to write certain posts because of your title?
    15. Supercell provides a separate subforum for GASPs to discuss topics. Have you been tempted to use it to gossip about us forumites? The Mod Squad? Why not?

Hi, Momscar... wow! Thought provoking questions... here goes!

    1) A typical day entails “Knock Three Times” to get my daughter out of bed for classes. I drop her at her “Wheels On the Bus” and she gets her “Ticket To Ride”

Then I am ”Homeward Bound” and between ”Driving My Life Away” and “Too Much Time On My Hands” I check farms, clash and the forum.

After a “Hard Days Night”, I check into the ”Hotel California” for a little “Dancing in the Dark” and “Bark at the Moon”

Then it’s grab the cat and it’s “Sharing the Night Together”

    2) before I had my 2 girls, all I wanted was a gazillion cats. I love cats and I cannot go near shelters.

If I was to have a farm and could not just have cats, I would take in rabbits, without their “special powers”. Richmond has a feral bunny issue and it is quite alarming. Our no kill shelter is not taking them in anymore and I fear they will be culled.

No raccoons, crows or horses, but maybe any animal that is often abandoned, sometimes recklessly, by people unable to care for them.

    3) Without question, the BBQ... that thing is pretty amazing! What else gives you the variety including pancakes, bacon and eggs, lobster skewers, baked potatoes, grilled onions, burgers, fish burgers, fish and chips, grilled onions and banana pancakes... I can live without the roasted tomatoes, though

    4) I have always avoided sweet stuff for fear of not being able to stop myself. I do enjoy Costco chocolate chip cookies and the white chocolate macadamias and I once accidentally ate a krispy Kreme donut and thought I had died!

On the savoury side, I love pasta, though I have not tried very many... cheese and noodles or a white sauce and shrimp or lobster, spaghetti, lasagna.

    5) that is a tough one! If I did not have my girls, my cat, and my mom here and I was alone, I would be happy on a warm beach. I could lay on a beach forever, dozing while listening to all of the sounds, people, animals, wind, ocean, all muddle together like a symphony. I would not need anything else.

    Hi WussyPuss,

    I’ve had a Kitty, a Misty, a Skye and a Muscles but never a Wussy.😊

Is your Wussy a girl or a boy and have you ever seriously considered a companion (or 10)?

Hi, Lynn! Since your questions are so plentiful, I will divide the responses into 2 sessions

    Origins
    1. What inspired you to create your forumname, WussyPuss?

It is a user ID I created in haste when hubby was late getting home. We shared an online poker account, so I created my own to find out if he was on. I had to fidget a little because of censoring, but it just kind of happened. I still use it because it is a little cheeky

I did find his table, played until he won and then complimented his hand in a way he would suspect it was me. He arrived home 10 minutes later. I never confessed.

1a. Did you intend your forum avatar to be blurry? Is it the image of a lion?

That is leftover from Christmas. It is from a Puss in Boots gif I fell in love with

    https://goo.gl/images/m5K4TW

    2. Why did you join the Supercell forum?

I joined the forum to start a movement for a derby opt in or opt out option. My very first thread ended up being a great discussion and I like to think It helped bring it to fruition. I was still more of a lurker after that, but became a regular in September 2016.

    3. Do you follow professional sports which are popular in the US?

I don’t follow popular US sports, but I watch PGA tour golf, especially the major tournies. I used to run a golf pool, so I had to be on top of the sport.

I was an avid hockey fan, but the player/owner disputes and interruptions were too much for me.

I also follow the Olympic Games and some tennis.

3a. What is the last book you read which wasn't on an electronic device? Do you recommend it to us?

I have to say books (plural) because I was so riveted by the first, that I kept going

    Khaled Hosseini

    Kite Runner
    A Thousand Splendid Suns
    And The Mountains Echoed

    4. If you have children or will have children, which character traits of yours would you want to pass on to them?

My girls picked up my passion for words, so we have a lot of great discussions, pun fests and we play with words. My eldest just finished her first year of law school and my youngest is in her third year of university.

4b. If I have only 5 days to spend in beautiful British Columbia, which top 5 destinations do you recommend I visit?

Five days is not enough to do 5 destinations since British Columbia is so big... 2.2 times the size of California!

Instead, i will give 3 ways to spend 5 days in British Columbia (from Vancouver)

    1) Vancouver island has something for everyone and one could probably spend 10 days exploring. On my last trip there, I went to the west coast for the first time ever. Pacific Rim National Park, Long Beach, Clayoquot Sound, Tofino... absolutely stunning! It is a long and beautiful drive, one way in and same way out, but the return trip looked different than the way in

    2) a really nice 5 day loop would be Squamish, Whistler/blackcomb, Pemberton, Seton Lake, Lilouette to Lytton (little bit scary... the roads), then south along the Fraser canyon through Boston Bar and Hell’s Gate (also the gold rush trail). You can say you passed through Spuzzum, BC. There are also 7 tunnels along the route and then you finish the loop back to Vancouver.

    3) another great loop would be driving the Hope-Princeton highway through Manning Park, then on through the Okanagan. The Okanagan is also know as wine country. The summers are hot and dry and the area is full of beautiful lakes, wineries and orchards. Head north on hwy 97 for lake after lake and then loop around and come back either through the Fraser Canyon or take the Coquihalla highway through the Nicola Valley and Merritt.

I will work on part two... thanks for your questions!
