Clan games not giving rewards 👎��👎👎👎

Post a screenshot from clan games for what you are trying to select and your cc magic items screenshot.

This (and treasury cap). You can't pick pick more of the same resources if you can't fit that in your CC. Like magical items resources can't go over limit.

I had the same problem this morning. I went to collect my rewards, I got the book/potions...but I never got the elixir,gems, or DE.

What do you mean exactly? You chose those rewards but didn't receive them? Or you weren't able to choose them?

Clan games not giving the correct rewards 
Aussie Dreamers is the name of my clan. A few of us just completed our clan games of 4000 each and the rest of my clan followed up with various levels, completed our games and now we can’t take some of the options available to us.
eg. I got 4000 top score along with a few others and when I try to get my rewards especially dark elixir which is one of many options it tells me that my cc is full, and my cc is Empty.
supercell please respond !!
Thoughts guys?.
Has anyone experienced this?

Sometimes rewards combined offer more DE than the treasury can hold when combined.
Maybe get the optional update?

I chose my rewards, but only received half of them. I got my potions, and builder book, but it never gave me the gems,DE,or elixir.

Are you trying to collect more than one reward per tier? It sounds to me like you are ... just saying.

l sent a complaint to supercell and will wait for a reply. My cc is completely empty. I have a level 6 cc and it is completely empty of all potions so I don’t understand why it won’t allow me the options earned.

If you are attempting to take the DE as you originally stated, then "room for potions" has absolutely nothing to do with it. To be clear as to what the others are saying:
1) Tap on your Clan Castle
2) Tap on the Treasury icon. It is within the Treasury that you require the free space to store DE, Gold, or E rewards.

For Potion rewards, tap on the Magic Items icon to determine if there is the required space to take additional potions or books.
