Clan games not giving the correct rewards 👎👎👎
Aussie Dreamers is the name of my clan. A few of us just completed our clan games of 4000 each and the rest of my clan followed up with various levels, completed our games and now we can’t take some of the options available to us.
eg. I got 4000 top score along with a few others and when I try to get my rewards especially dark elixir which is one of many options it tells me that my cc is full, and my cc is Empty.
supercell please respond !!
Thoughts guys?.

Never seen or heard that happen. Is it possible to post screenshots? Could be a bug.

Did you check your potions amounts. If you try to take any of these and your cc is full, it wont let you take any of the prizes until you straighten it out. With all the events going the previous few weeks, it wouldn't be a surprise if this was the case. If not contact supercell and they should be able to help you out. Good Luck

If you’re taking all the de rewards then it won’t fit, you can only take as much as will.

Ie taking all three de rewards would be 140% of your cc, so take the first and last or first and second.

You can’t collect them if you have them in maximum limit in your CC.
If your CC is empty and still can’t collect them it should be a glitch then.

l sent a complaint to supercell and will wait for a reply. My cc is completely empty. I have a level 6 cc and it is completely empty of all potions so I don’t understand why it won’t allow me the options earned.

Might be a stupid question.... but did you hit the tiers for the rewards you are trying to get??

I just get a sense from your post that your clan didn't max out all the tiers...

I hope SC will respond soon. Just to clarify: when you open the rewards screen, you will immediately see what options are available and for which ones there is no room in either the treasury of the magical items part of the CC. Anything you cannot choose, has a red exclamation mark in the check box part.You can n

It is never possible to choose ALL options for one of the resources if all tiers have been completed, because the different options together are always more than the treasury can hold... for instance DE: first one is 20%, second one is 40%, third one in high tier is 80% of treasury capacity. Treasury cannot overflow. So with an empty treasury, if you choose the highest amount of DE, you can no longer choose the 40% option for the same resource.

And please know I have written this out NOT because I think you're dumb or whatever, but because there are many misunderstandings about the clan games rewards. For instance: the resources are NOT put in your storages, only in the CC [which you are aware of, but others aren't] and magical items from the games don't stack higher than the number listed in the list of magical items - event rewards however, DO 'overfill' the magical items slots....

And, after reading Damiz' response: you don't 'personally' get the top tier for getting 4k points, nor does any clan mate. If your clan as a whole has not achieved 50k points, you are not eligible for the highest tier rewards...
