As has been pointed out, you have a poorly rushed and designed base. You probably need to be in the lower trophy ranges for a while. Get your main defenses up to at least 5, preferably 6. Then pull the trigger on bh8. Rushing is good in bh but you need to be smart about it. Whatever you do, don't try to push trophies with your base. Your troops are also quite low. You have bh5 troops trying to compete with bh7 and 8 troops. The matchmaking isn't rigged. You're just over rushed and too high in trophies.

Focus on one attack strategy back fill the star lab when you’ve maxed out one attack combo.
go to next builder hall early rather than late
the increased offense and number of building to destroy make “rushing your builder hall” a good idea

Assuming your ingame name is the same as here (theres only one when i searched), your roaster is l1, airbombs l4, firecrackers l4 and 5. You do have one archer tower to 7. Your ground defense aren't bad but they do nothing vs air. And at bh7, air is dominant. Your defenses are not ahead of your offense. They are behind in my opinion. You should check out noc's guide on bh base design and upgrading.

There is nothing in that video that suggests any possibility it might be "rigged".

Once you are above 1500 trophies, matchmaking takes no account whatsoever of BH level, it is purely based on trophies. If most of the bases close to you in trophy count are higher level in BH or troops & defences, then that is what you are going to get.
