    I shared these designs so fellow clashers can use them. Although, you are a TH8, so I would strongly advise against using this TH7 design. It is very ineffective against TH9 attacks.

    Glad you enjoyed it.

    I really like your layout. Would you still recommend it if the king is missing ? If yes, what would you put there instead.

    Regards

    It's good, but..

    I didn't bait me . The wallbreaker route does fk your strategy up a bit on first, but you don't actually need that many to break into the center.

    The version i got to see in matchmaking;

    I deployed some giants on top to distract and then deployed 2 wb's left to the lab, thinking i could go right to the core after those 2 walls were gone. Didn't go as expected, i deployed 2 more and they took a marathon walk to the spikes at the top attached to the core. I deployed some more figuring that they would destroy the core walls together with the spikes in the end, and they did. After that it was a piece of cake lol I also didn't actually need to deploy CC and even my King, because i ended up destroying way more of the base than what was needed;

    Now he had his mortar upgrading and didnt have the best defence possible, but i only have lvl 5 archers and goblins, i don't think that this would've been impossible with max defence and all lvl 5 troops.

    @carpediem: I used the layout without the Burger King and it work fine.
    @nut: the setup targets the inexperienced players who have never seen it before.

    Yes it will work fine without the BK as pinser said. What to put there is totally up to you

    haha good job on the raid. A couple of things I noticed though. It is very frustrating to me when I see replicas like this, which ignore certain elements of the original designs. In this case, the decorations, which push the spawn away from the walls, preventing straight wb paths. Their use is very subtle, but important. There are a few other misplacement in this replica as well, which expose the core to very close spawning points. That's why I added a foreword in the OP to warn viewers about these false modifications, but it seems to be taken very lightly.

    Secondly, you attacked at the wb-weak-point that has been mentioned in this thread, so kudos on that. Had the replica's owner actually read through the thread, he would know that the 2nd version fixed this weak-point with a single wall spike.

    Actually the decors are so important in your defense PingFao. I have never seen any base that utilizes decors as much as you do and quite effectively to boot. Since you're using the decors to push people from spawning closely to your base, your outside cannons and archer towers have about 10 seconds more to fire at incoming targets..... That's 480 worth of damage right there, assuming they are both level 8.

    I figured, was looking back at the screenshots and was like huh that gap between the mine and lab couldn't have been in the actual design.. Another poor recreate.. sigh.. Was still a bit of a rush for me to attack "your" base though, as i normally go for the weak noobs heh. Not sure if i would've gotten the same result if the base was updated with the wall spike.

    Nice base though, same with ur new TH8 one. Good job

    Hey Ping , do you think think that your base will work as well without so much decorations, lower walls and no barbarian king?
