Tom is right but they have given us stuff with half off loot and 1 gem boost. Hopefully they will get the problems resolved soon and those that can't now will be able to make it up that way.

I think it's best for supercell that we use the feedback crashreporter within Android instead of posting a few details in this thread. For the developers it contains much more information they need

This. If you don't know the problem don't try to describe it. Just write down your device model and android version and let Supercell figure out what's happening.

Are you kidding us???? This is SuperCell! They can't figure out nothing. It has been almost 24 hours from update and they even doesn't know what's happening. Just like you.

I feel the same... i have spent money ($) in game and now i cannont connect?. And no, i dont think anybody is kidding. If you pay for something you expect it to works and in this kind of games it is very frustrating to be losing loot while other gamers are becoming TH12. SC must check and debug the software before an update. It is just a big fail affecting thousands of people

They do due diligence and a lot of testing but sometimes unfortunately things just happen. I paid for a good car and expect it to work reliably, but I can hardly go to the dealer for compensation if 3 years later on one occasion the battery runs flat and the car can’t run again until the roadside assist comes out as quickly as they can to get it fixed. I paid for a good reliable car and a roadside service from them, not for having a car guaranteed to be in working order 100% of the time always no matter what and a guaranteed recompense for a possible very short period of temporarily not being able to use it. And with my Clash game (and yours) we didn’t even pay for it, it was a free download on which some of us later made in game purchases of specific things. So frustrating as it is, these things just happen sometimes and then get fixed as quickly as possible.

After the town hall level 12 update everytime i try to open clash of clans i get a message telling me that i dont have an internet connection.its weird because before i open the game i have internet but when i open the game and then close it i dont have internet i have to close the internet from my phone and the open it again.Any help???
