    You are kidding, right? All they owe us our game loyalty is working hard to fix the problem so we can continue enjoying their game, and they are doing that as a top priority. It wasn’t your gold and elixir, it was their cartoon game currency - just like “your” base is actually theirs if you read the TOS. Who knows, they may extend some small recompensatory gift to all players for this as they do in another of their games sometimes... or they may not. They certainly aren’t bound or required to do that, far less to “pay” you on some “claim” for the full magnitude of your losses as compared to where your think the base loot and progression would be at had you been able to log in. I know it’s frustrating not to be able to enjoy your gaming just now, but let’s not be unreal.

    Clash crashing constantly since the new update

    I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but since the last maintenance break earlier today, the app will crash after 2-3 minutes of being in game for no reason and once it crashes, I cannot get back into the game unless I restart my device. I tried force stopping the app, and clearing the cache but no go unless I restart my device and when I do I get a maximum of 5 minutes before it crashes again.

    I am using a Samsung galaxy tab 2, and haven't had this problem until today.

    Yes, many people are. There’s lots in the Bugs and Problems forum area and Annoushka has posted in the Announcements calling it a known error that they are working hard to resolve.

    Hi, check the bug reporting section. There are hundreds of similar cases. I have the same device as you, and the same issue.

    They are working on it. We need patience.

    I feel the same... i have spent money ($) in game and now i cannont connect?. And no, i dont think anybody is kidding. If you pay for something you expect it to works and in this kind of games it is very frustrating to be losing loot while other gamers are becoming TH12. SC must check and debug the software before an update. It is just a big fail affecting thousands of people

    Wasn't working on my Samsung Galaxy S7 immediately after update but was working on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S. Now, the following day, it is no longer working on the Galaxy Tab S.

    I know they are not going to pay me...its a business. ..if they started paying to all they will become bankrupt. ....but atleast there should be some update some ETA about it...thousands of players are affected....
