After installing the update Clash disables my network availability. I was told by Verizon Clash was my phones issue. Had to uninstall until this bug is fixed. Any thoughts on a work around?

I have updated the app yesterday. After that app is showing the message is "unable to connect the server" and immediately internet is disconnected. If i connected through wifi phone is getting restarted. My phone is android os 5.1 and make is LG.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

I’m sure they’d like it fixed as much as you would and they are clearly working on it. Here is the last word on it: https://forum.supercell.com/showthre...6%29-Bug-Fixes Keep checking the relevant existing threads in Bugs and Problems forum area, and the announcements area. It doesn’t need any additional threads in General for them to know many players have the problem and work as fast as they can towards the fix.

After the new update game isn't opening,I'm an Android user(Huawei Y5 2),please please please fix this problem supercell.I have tried all the possible things to open the game(like reinstalling/redownloading,reset device etc) but it still isn't opening 😞😭,I have a war😭 & builders are waiting for me😑 Please leave a reply.....

My game is not opening on my Samsung Galaxy a8+. When I start my game only supercell logo come then the game is stopped message come. Please supercell to solve this problem.
After the update of th12 the problem come.

By now we've all either heard or have the android infamous "cannot connect to server" screen. I've had this screen all day on my LGV10. I have worked hard and so has my clan to reach max rewards for this clan games; but becuase I can't log in i can't pick my rewards. With that in mind, are you(supercell) gonna do anything to help/fix this problem?

I have the same problem. I can connect to the game with my android tablet, but cannot with android phone LG G4 Android 6.0.
When trying to start
- my google play account name pop ups shortly
- message appears: (connection error)

- after this message, mobile data stops working
- when i switch OFF+ON mobile data it starts working again
- if I use wifi instead of mobile data, it does not work either (mobile data switched off)
- I have uninstalled + reinstalled COC several times: no effect
I doubt that error has something to do with supercell id. When I 1st time started the tablet, game asked verification code sent by email, and after that login succeeded.
