I'm in the same situation with an LG G4, and, as you can see, it seems to be a problem in LG and a lot of Samsung. It would be a certificates problems in relationship with the zone of phone (EUR or US have more restrictionss that other zones), and i have tested in a ot of "chinesse" phones and work perfectly (with another minor bugs).

In some case, i want to recover my game!!. At my job, this kind of issues must be resolved in no more than 4 hours or reverted the change
