hero regen time reduction is very important for trophy pushers
If hero regen time was in line with army training time I'd boost a lot more frequently than I do now. Just saying.

Might keep my heroes at lvl 30 just so I can attack more often, max royals take WAYYY too long to sleep. Lower regen time = more attacks = more active game, which is EXACTLY what supercell is looking for.
I can recall a couple of posts that Darian made in regards to matchmaking and engineering that they didn't want to implement changes that would penalize players in progressing. Those posts made allot of sense to me. I think you hit the nail on the head here and I agree completely. By continuously increasing hero regen times they are penalizing players that are trying to progress. I certainly feel they are doing exactly what they have said that they don't want to do, possibly without even realizing it.

Hero regren should be in the same ballpark as a full army training time.
But to be fair, if your hero survived then it could be regenerated faster than the time it takes to train a full army. But although, now that they're nerfing healers, that is a much less viable strategy...
