Yh we totally need this.
I would boost/spend more gems if heroes didn't take so damned long.
I would say regeneration times shouldn't take longer than it takes to build the typical war army. A minor tweak would be much appreciated.

If SC used the consistency of army/spell cooking to adjust those times in the past, then it seems to contradict their goal if heroes don't also have a consistent regen time.
