TH1 12.5???!?! It's have a sense?

I am a th11 maxed, missing only a couple of levels of heroes.Now the update is behind the door and I thought ....Will it make sense to immediately put down the defenses and upgrade them?I think it would be better, after having upgraded all the deposits, put up the camps, the laboratories and concentrate on the latter and the heroes.Maybe just put down the siege machine and stop.What do you think?Will the new machine have weight in the war?

How can one do TH11.5 if the weapon is integrated in the TH ?

There are no other new defenses released at th12. Only the giga Tesla which is part of the town hall. There will be no th11.5.

Maybe you should take the time to reread the sneak peeks. The new defense is the TH

Thee aren’t new defences, apart from in the town hall building itself. There are only new levels on many existing defences. Fail to upgrade those and you’ll just be weaker than most others you face in war.

One new Tesla building and the Giga Tesla are the only ones we've seen so far.

OP I would suggest that leaving just a Tesla un-built really won't affect your weight much/enough to merit going that route.
