OP nobody here can help you as this is a player forum. You need to contact Supercell Support using the link Gaz gave you. They can assist in restoring your account, but it will require that you verify your identity as the proper account holder by answering their security questions accurately.

You can try following the above advice OP. But account sharing is against the ToS as others have mentioned. I'll be surprised if SC get involved as a result.

Life lesson #1: Never share your password details.
Life lesson #2: Ignorance is not normally a good reason for breaching ToS.
Life lesson #3: Choose your friends more wisely.
