Got banned for “phishing” apparently

Ok so the story was, I was playing COC when it was 2015 back when it was the most popular game at the moment, and a year after I got a billing problem on my Ipad 3 which was the device I was playing COC so then when it was the red cross event, I can’t update my game so I decided to leave COC and completely forgot about it, after a few months got an android phone for my birthday and as of most of you guys know ML was popular on 2017 so I downloaded it and my phone broke after a year and now 2018 new Iphone 6 I got from my mom, and so I downloaded COC, Connected my FB account, Contacted Support and told everything I remembered about the details they ask so that I can get my account back. After a few more responses they say they need “Accurate” dates etc. So I asked them for any other waysI can prove that I am the owner of the account I made 3 years ago, few minutes has passed, checked my COC and I got suprised I got banned for trying to “Phish” aparrently, If any admins or anything can I get helped?

Facebook does not save nor restore game progress. Did you link your iPhone to the same Apple Game Center account previouly used on the iPad? That saves and restores accounts, not Facebook.

Regardless, only in-game support can help you. Keep trying to work with them and hope you eventually do get your old account back.

Well since I was only 10 years old back then I used my tita’s(Aunt) game center acc since I didn’t had one. Also I’m banned from this phone I don’t even know if I can even try to create a new acc to try to relogin in my tita’s acc

no one here is able to help you. if you cant answere correctly than you will never get back your account.

I have the exact same problem!! I gave the correct information to help recover my profile and they still banned me.

With all the phishing attempts these days, support must be very sensitive to wrong information given.
When asked about specific dates, or events, if unsure: reply honestly that you do not know, and provide alternative equivalents (like a recent gem purchase, instead of the first), or some other personal information supporting your ownership claim.
It seems that erroneous data will quickly get you a 'phishing' ban... Read here, Annie.

Be aware, that you were too young to play the game then and you're possibly still too young to play it now. However, there's nothing anyone here can do. This is a matter for support only.
