Whatever it is, I bet it’ll be only at th11 or 12. They conveniently place a $20 Upgrade Pack in the store (even though I have the personalized store stuff turned off) so you can quickly upgrade to TH12 because this entire builder event and the update are designed to make us feel sorry if we don’t spend money. Besides, the majority of every update is geared towards TH11s.
