I doubt the new th12 walls will be available just yet. Maybe by year end and available to only those who max their th12 to lvl 5.
And.... the walls could be similar to the blue border of th12 maxed

Why a new storage, why not just roll back the cost of the upgraded for all previous lvs like all the past updates, cause we all know nothing shall cost more then 10 mill

Am guessing it is a way to control the speed of th12 upgrading....more expensive and longer build times = longer till maxed again
