I'd expect an additional upgrade level on pretty much every building currently in play on TH11 .. not exactly a surprising turn of events :-)

Let's just assume that the MegaTesla level 5 will take huge amount of gold to upgrade :-)

The roll-out of information will take place over the next couple of weeks, so possibly mid-June. Plus, it will likely go live some time after the current Hammer Jam events end.

I really hope that upgrading to TH12 is not discouraged by the war matchmaking algorithm! I hope you get it right this time because when TH11 was released, wars became much much harder as you were matched against tough opponents.

I'm really curious about those ppl (not specifically mentioning any profession or person) who were criticising back and forth Supercell for not bringing any new major content in clash of clans and just they're making small tweaks and updates. Let's see how would they react and their opinions are. This is a great investment of enjoyment in longer term. Patience is Worth being happy for.
