⭐ Derby 🏇🏆🏁 is not a must. Every week we will do 320 points unless it's a special derby. If you don't get the points needed or you don't complete all of your available tasks you must opt out of Derby for ✌ weeks. If your busy just sit out for ☝ week instead of 2.
⭐ You don't have to be chatty 🗣 but some communication is required. If some communication is not your thing, we are not 🚫 the hood for you.
⭐ This is an ACTIVE ADULT hood ONLY 🔞. Please let us know when your not around so you don't get kicked. We are really laid back and don't require you to be around all the time we know you have a job and a family 👨♥👩♥👧♥👧.
⭐ We prefer to trade expansion 🔩🛠items before just asking for them. If you choose to trade please agree upon a set price whether it be 1 coin or full price. Trading is best so that way everyone gets something they can use to grow their farm as well.
⭐ Be respectful and polite to your neighbors not everyone has a big barn or a ton of diamonds.
⭐On boat 🚢 request, make sure to mark something in shop for sale so strangers can fill what teammates don't fill.
⭐Town play is not mandatory, all we ask is that if you don't play just try to send away Townies whenever you can, so teammates that do play town can have people to pick up...🚂🚶🚶🚶
⭐Elder status and co-leader is also available for the right person, once we know your trust worthy and sticking around.
