At least not year I‘d say. Darian stated that there will be 2-3 bigger updates this year but all TH related. Also they stated that BH9 is not in development yet.
What I would prefer is BH Tournaments instead of new BH levels

I think maybe Builder Base need a social aspect of it. Maybe Clan War or anything. But non-related to amount of loot available, just for the sake of more fun. Builder Hall level 9 can wait.

Adding another BH level now (as in this year) will make the BB Haters really really mad..

i dont expect bh9 this year, may be next year. but i do expect some more bh8 content in dec update. may be a new mode who knows?
