    I'm going to try to do this with my TH lvl 7 base. I just finished farming

    Would there be enough incentive to attack from the NW corner?



    Will an army of Gobs or Barbs coming from the top walk into the "funnel" to break open the wall?

    Yeah but you will see when testing them hogs will not get hurt by the first bomb or at least the majority won't. I had hogs skipping the two side by side bombs if the defense they are destroying have small hp, they would destroy the defense and move to the next before the bomb is set off. I would recommend using either air defense or cannons at the sides of those bombs, try to avoid archer towers teslas or wizard towers unless necessary.

    will be interesting to see results in actual raids though

    Gigs were deployed near AD. They decided to break the wall there. Last two were deployed after AD was destroyed by archers, they went straight for the right mortar using the funnel, but not like it was intended,

    None of the traps were triggered as it was intended by design. The attack went off script.

    It really depends on priorities.

    If losing is unacceptable, then NW corner looks best. TH is a main target, gold is a bonus.
    If I were farming, i'd choose SE for guaranteed gold. TH is a bonus.

    I don't feel confident about this. Most of your traps will probably be set off by random barbarian.
